We are delighted to announce that Medical Family Finance was nominated for a Client Care award at the inaugural Client Experience Awards of financial adviser review site VouchedFor.
The nominations for the financial adviser firms showing the best levels of client care were based on the strength of client feedback collected on the VouchedFor website over the last year.
In fact, over 90,000 consumer reviews contributed to the results of all the award categories.
Medical Family Finance director Paul Hart said: “What’s great about these awards is that the nominations don’t come from a set of industry judges. The shortlisted companies are decided entirely by client feedback. This gives the nominations a much greater value as we know that we must be doing the right thing to be getting this incredible feedback from our clients.”
We were also declared a ‘Top Rated Firm’ for the third successive year in the Financial Adviser Guide 2025 by VouchedFor. The guide was published in The Times in March and will be featured in The Telegraph later this month.
Medical Family Finance were given the top rating for ‘championing the value of great advice’ based on the consistently high reviews given by our clients.
Our individual colleagues were also celebrated as top advisers in the industry. Congratulations go to Paul Hart, Daryl Stafford, Joseph Awaritefe, Mira Scull, Ben Manso de Zuniga and Oliver Prichard who were all highlighted for providing excellent advice and service.
