MFF client services update

We would like to reassure you that as a company, Medical Family Finance has robust contingency plans in place to allow our business operations to continue during the current difficulties. Those plans have been fully tested to the best of our ability and we are confident we can maintain our commitments to you.

Our systems use secure, cloud-based technology and our team is able to work remotely. You can continue to contact your adviser on the usual office phone number (even if they are working out of the office) as well as using the secure messaging function of our client portal.

If you have a meeting scheduled with your adviser but would prefer to discuss matters without coming to the office, we will be happy to host this via our installed video conference technology.

We are doing everything we can to ensure we are here when you need us most and our working practices should continue uninterrupted. However, we ask that you bear with us if we have any minor hiccups as we all adjust to a new way of working. We appreciate your support.
